Contingent Fee Agreement for Collections

This written agreement reflects the ongoing relationship between Wagner & Weeks, PLLC (hereinafter “WW”) and the client/account holder (hereinafter “AH”) listed below. WW agrees to represent the AH in the collection of any accounts which are turned over to us for collection. We understand that we are authorized to initiate collection activity on any accounts we secure a judgment for on behalf of the AH unless specifically agreed otherwise. We agree that WW will retain 1/3 of all amounts collected as the fee for the collection of the account. There may be out of pocket expenses advanced on behalf of the AH for which the AH agrees to reimburse WW for the advancement of those costs. This arrangement is only applicable to the General Sessions Court case and if any cases are appealed beyond General Sessions Court, a new arrangement shall be entered into between AH and WW.
